Emergencies and sudden illness are handled with compassion—just let me know as soon as you can so we can reschedule.
- More than 48 hours' notice: reschedule or cancel at no charge.
- 24–48 hours' notice (non-emergency/non-sickness): 25% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file.
- Less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show (non-emergency/non-sickness): 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file.
